I write this in the bleak December
For each and every BMCC member
Notes from our meeting, so you may remember
And events; happenings that may happen, for evermore.
On the 17th there will be a party
At the Tavern A at 6, so go, be naughty
Bring with you a print of holiday cheer
And enjoy one bourbon, one scotch, one beer...
(Or wine or cider or whiskey or nothing at all)
Shot or pitcher, we'll only judge your picture!
Peggy Reeves judged mirrors
People laughed at me for buying mine broken
To all who participated, you have my cheers
Hopefully, soon more muses will be woken
Our next meeting is on January Two
On that day, there is so much to do
Here is a list I made for you:
- Submit prints and digitals for a general theme
- NECCC submissions to Bruce by the same day, it would seem
- Mirror prints for the museum display; the American dream!
- And Thad Kubis talks "Long Exposure" to help you plan and scheme
Well, that is it, this blog is done
Another one is coming, it won't be long
In a day or two, three at most
There will be a longer, more formal, more informative post
